Michael's practice focuses on bank operations, consumer financial services and regulatory compliance. Michael has significant experience advising community banks and non-bank financial services companies, including mortgage companies, money services businesses, deferred deposit/payday lenders, check cashers and title lenders. Prior to joining Harlowe & Falk, Michael was a shareholder of a large Seattle law firm, where he chaired the firm's Financial Services Industry Team.
